This particular sales person follows the system but his ego won’t allow him to admit it! So instead of terminating a high producing salesperson… a set of ground rules had to be set in place!

Dishonesty is not the goal with a procedure such as this – - the goal is to have a satisfied and productive sales staff. In most cases this will not even become an issue, but every once in awhile there is a rare person who displays an innate talent to produce results outside of any system.
